Excellent service today with Steve and Rob - needed an oil change and they were not pushy at all, helped me with exactly what I needed and provided a very pleasant and fast service overall (usually I hate getting my oil changed because they always push additional services on me and take forever). I couldn't be more satisfied with the value and outstanding service. The Corey and Troy were very professional, thorough and did a full check of everything before letting me leave. Which turn out that the filter had a defective gasket and they didn't hesitate to replace it and make sure everything was ok. And even applied a coupon for the wait. They explained everything and were super fast and friendly. I will definitely make use of the free top-offs before the next service is due. I couldn't find this value paired with the excellent service anywhere else. Thank you Corey and Troy. !!

I had the best experience at the Northville Oil Exchange yesterday! The manager and the technician were so friendly and helpful! The manager gave me an excellent education regarding gear fluid and explained everything in a way that a non car person could understand! Come to find out, he checked and said I didn't even need it yet! He could have just done it and charged me-so much integrity and honesty! I will return again and again to these very friendly guys!

Came in for an oil change today and was told that I still have 3,000 miles left and to come back another time, and the mechanics helped me figure out some basic maintenance issues.
